Delcia Bradley-King

Business Owner and Training Consultant

Training is my passion! What does that mean? It means I am intensely enthusiastic about designing learning experiences that serve as a catalyst to transform individuals and organisations. It means I am constantly gaining knowledge, honing my talent and acquiring tools so that I can be more relevant, more engaging and more impactful.

I am not your typical trainer. I consult with my clients to identify their specific needs and performance outcomes.  Applying current research and best industry practices, I tailor training to bridge the gaps and achieve the desired results. I design workshops to be fun and interactive. I am creative, engaging and energetic! I communicate one-on-one with my participants, ready to provide guidance, clarification, reassurance or a confidence booster. Participants have little choice but to become actively involved in and enjoy their learning experience.

With over 35 years of combined work experience in Education, Human Resources, and Corporate Affairs and Public Relations, I draw on a wide repertoire of skills, knowledge and experiences to impact my trainees. I prioritise my professional development, regularly participating in webinars and attending workshops. With new insights, strategies and competencies, I continuously increase my value to my clients.

Training is an investment in human capital. I am passionate about ensuring that my clients’ investment brings good returns.
