Training Strategy
“We believe that training should be participant-centred.”
Philosophy
We believe that training should be participant-centred. Therefore, our programmes are designed to involve participants with the content, encourage interaction among participants and provide opportunities to practise targeted skills and behaviour.
Methodology
We begin the training process by conducting a training needs assessment to identify the areas for intervention. Data collection methods include interviews, questionnaires and observation. After analysing the data, we set training objectives and determine the content and design of the programme so that our learning solutions address the specific performance gaps and our clients’ day-to-day business challenges. Our clients are then presented with the training needs analysis report and a training proposal for approval before the programme is developed and implemented.
Design
Our training programmes are fast-paced, fun and highly interactive. They use various instructional strategies to actively engage trainees with the content, enhance learning and retention and promote teamwork. These strategies include discussions, quizzes, role plays, case studies, games and video presentations. Working individually and in small groups, participants demonstrate their knowledge and practise the targeted skills. They receive confirming and corrective feedback on their performance to build their confidence and competence so that learning is more easily applied on the job.
